How can I stop an older preschool child from scratching and kicking my son? This child is also injuring other children. I have told the teacher repeatedly and nothing has been done to stop these incidents. I was considering going to the parents and telling them to get their son to stop. Answer: Don't go to the child's parents. Talk to the parents of the other children and ask them to accompany you as soon as possible to talk to the director. If this does not get immediate results, find your son a different preschool. Your first priority is to protect him.
