Doing Science Fair Project in Summer

Write a question about what you saw.
3. Hypothesis: Predict the answer to your question.
4. Method: Choose a way to test your hypothesis. Do the experiment.
5. Draw conclusions: Use the results of your experiment to answer your original question.
We have found that there is all the guidance that parents will need to help their children with Science Fair projects in library books and online. Several good Web sites to visit include:
-www.exploratorium.edu (Search for Science Fair)
As far as choosing a topic, your children should go with their interests. There is scarcely a subject that won't offer many possible questions for a project.
Do remember the old adage: You only get as much out of a project as you put into it. Be an advisor - not a doer - so the project truly belongs to your child.
